Possibility: Sarah Ann Remaley (Dreisbach) 1910 Census

I might have found Sarah Ann Remaley on the 1910 Census. I used GenSmarts and searched for her. It searched with "Sarah" as the First Name, "Remaley" as the Last Name and "Pennsylvania" as the State. The second search result is the one that I think might be her. The birth date is about 1846 on this record. I have 1843 as her birth date based on data from her tombstone.

Possible Siblings to William Washington Lewis

I found William Washington Lewis in the 1860 U.S. Census thanks to Ancestry.com. He was in the Archibald & Elizabeth Boring household in Harrison County Virginia. This is on National Archive Roll: M653_1351; Page: 798; Image: 284.

William Washington Lewis is 17 years old. What is interesting is that there are two other Lewis boys in the Boring household in 1860: James A. Lewis (18 years old), and Adolphus H. Lewis (8 years old). I do not know if these are children of William H. and Emily Lewis, or some other relation. Here's a link to the image.
